Where we advertise a free initial consultation, it's intended for people genuinely considering engaging our services, not for general questions unrelated to instructing a lawyer. Free consultations are generally limited to the visa categories we advertise this offer for at the time, and all requests go through a short qualification process so we can confirm your circumstances and availability on our end. Lawyer availability applies, and this offer may be paused during periods of high demand.
You're responsible for all government and third-party costs associated with your application. These are separate from our professional fees and are never covered or refunded by us. This includes Department of Home Affairs visa application charges, health examination fees, police check fees, and translation or interpreting costs.
